HALLOWEEN PARTY @ SWÉ BAR

To start with, I was concerned (not worried) that certain individuals (who will not be mentioned)

would go the extra mile and put into the mix that whole ‘juju-that-will-make-you-run-to-church

But as it happened the turnout was impressive in quantity and imaginative in quantity (swagga swagga).

First off, there were no Ifa priest(s) (I wasn’t disappointed, because you know this is Nigeria, they just might be a guest’s spiritual consultants and not in costume). No Adam(s) (There was mass protest when suggested by someone. He came as the exorcist.)

Some themes were taken to extremes in some cases. Like the batman of the evening was (not Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, or Christian Bale) the Tales by Moonlight version. A bold attempt to blend the mask with a kenté everything else.
